Awesome Adult Campground

This isn't really a campground... with 5 motel rooms and only 3 RV spaces currently. However if you want a great place to camp, this place is awesome.

Low Key Hideaway in Cedar Key, FL. 3 RV spots right on the water. Adults only. On site Tiki Bar. Incredible sunsets as seen from the dock or the Tiki Bar. They are currently expanding the number of RV slots.

Cedar Key is "Old Florida". No high rises, no fast food places. This is the "clam capital" of the US. Fresh seafood of all kinds.

Obviously I'm a big fan. I don't know how you could find a better place to camp if you want something eclectic and unique. I spend a week here twice a year. Spring and Fall are the best.

My wife and I always check out Low Key when where in Cedar Key and its really a sweet place to stay.

The only thing is maybe it's too relaxed not enough things to do nearby and my wife needs her shopping malls.

So funny I just caught this thread. I have family that lives in Cedar Key and plan to start using this as my next holiday destination. Cedar Key is well of the beaten path but a very enjoyable little town.

The town is known for its clams. I highly recommend Tony's Seafood Restaurant and their chowder.
