Induction burner

I cut the Corian countertop and installed a cutting board and induction burner.
Everyone thought the Corian would be difficult to cut without breaking but it was pretty easy if you take it slow.

That was the most requested improvement from DW. We like cooking with the electric top when in a campground and still have the gas for boondocking.
Other mods/improvements include shelves in the front compartment, a shelf for a portable table in the passthrough, soap dispensers in the water hook up area, bathroom sink and quad dispenser in the shower, Levelor blind over the dining area window instead of the day/night shades, curtains on all the windows instead of the window boxes (left the day night shades on the hallway and living room windows), 50 amp surge protector installed behind the power panel, wired rear view camera (wireless is too far from the truck cab and picture fades in and out), removed false front panel from bottom rear closet (and rerouted/extended wires so they didn't interfere) to make shoe storage, added shelves to every kitchen cabinet for more effective storage, installed an LCD TV on the bedroom counter, installed a safe. Most of these just make the RV homier or improve storage. We really like the 337 floor plan though.

ToBNamedL8r, Howdy;

Nice mods. Questions I have are ;
* How much amperage does the induction do-thingy draw?
* Did you need to do a separate circuit-breaker for it?

At full power it pulls about 12 amps. At lower settings it cycles to 12 amps then to <1 amp (like a microwave on a lower power setting). I will be putting a separate breaker in eventually. For now it runs fine on the existing breaker, but I have two other moderate draw appliances on the same breaker so I have to have at least one of them off.

Thanks for the quick response. Seems like something I could
learn to live with.
