slide toppers...easy install?

Well,

I ordered 2 slide toppers for our fiver.
The DH wants to install them himself.
He's watch the movie clip on Camping World
and is convinced that he and I and 2 ladders
will do the trick.
I'll let you know how it goes!

I guess I'll have to answer my own question here -

The DH installed the bedroom slide topper yesterday and it
went very easy. After measurements, drilling and installing the
whole thing may have taken a max of 30 mins.

Next weekend we do the larger slide , but it should go well also!

Saved us $100 each topper by installing ourselves AND the
directions don't come in the box.....you gotta figure it our
yourself!

I want to install one for my bigger slide. What brand did you buy and where did you get it. Thanks Chris

With a name like SlimShadie, shouldn't you already have ALL the answers to the question?? ---sorry, had to---

I got them from camping world. NO instructions come with them, but easy to figure out how to install.

Camping World is just the middle man. They don't carry them. They are shipped directly from Dometic. Just go to Camping World web site - that is only brand they carry, I think.

The other brand is Colorado CareFree. We got the bedroom slide topper
and the dining/living room slide topper & they were about $750 shipped for
both including hardware to mount!
