There are two low point drains somewhere under your RV. Usually they are along the outside of the frame rail somewhere between the forward water installation and the rear water installation, so if you've got a rear kitchen and a center bath on the road side, the low point drains should be somewhere on the road side, outside the frame rail, tucked up close under the skirting, right up next to the flooring seal, somewhere between those two areas.
If your utilities are mainly on the curb side, they may be outside the frame rail on that side. (mine are curb side). They may only extend 2 or 3" through the floor, are sometimes very hard to see and often are right next to an outrigger or a brace (which hides them from all but the most prying eyes).
They are there, just keep looking. Mine are both white with white caps, some are blue and red, some are gray. Once covered with dirt, grime and road tar, who knows what color you may find.....
Get on your back on a creeper and just "glide along" until you find them. You'll be amazed at what else you'll find under there, so take your time and make mental notes of what you want to accomplish when you get bored and have nothing better to do. Patch coroplast holes, tighten screws, add support for sagging areas, etc all come to mind.
Good Luck
