Evolution of our 2003 Keystone Everest

Evolution of our 2003 Keystone Everest.

Recovered all cornices and installed 2” blinds, throughout.

Replaced sofa/bed with dual reclining loveseat.

Replaced recliners with a glider, foot rest and end table.

Replaced 26” analog TV with 32” digital flat screen TV (only 19#).

And a new color coordinated awning.

TYVM! And I'm going to add a little footnote.

If anyone here is going to winter in AZ or just spend some time there it's the place to do lots of up grades. We had shopped around a lot before we found an awning shop at the local flea market in Yuma. My awning was replaced right at the RV park and including taxes and tip it cost me $360.00.

AZ is also a great place to add those solar panels. No state tax on them and there is so much competition the prices are kept down.

How did you remove the sofa that came with the RV?

We need to remove our original RV sofabed. Never liked it...it is NOT comfortable at all! Wondered what you had to do to get your out. Someone just posted that we should remove the legs. Someone else suggested..take a chainsaw to it....believe me, I'm so frustrated I just might! So please tell me what steps did you take to take it out via the entrance door? Thanks ahead of time! ~Tricia

If you look at today's post by CWtheMan, his sofa was stood on end and rotated out the door. The double Lazy Boy recliner upgrade replacement was bought in the same way. Worked for him - might work for you.
