I like the macerator pump idea since I don’t have an outside access to my septic but I could run a garden house into the basement to connect to the drain system.

Mine is the 40 gallon Barker and it came with the short hose also. I found the outside clean out just before it goes in to the septic tank. I built a little box around it with a lid so I don't have to dig it up each time. Some people pump it into a toilet in the house.
As for the macerator I used camlocks so I can quick connect the 3/4" hose with the shutoff valve to keep water from backflowing when I shut off the pump when pumping into the back of the truck.
