Found it, very subtle (can see the slight dip a little off center in the front tire edge of pic). One of the front tires is starting to separate. Makes sense since truck felt a little loose but still a little strange don't notice this much without the trailer as usually it pulls to one side when this happens. Should have just got all four tires new, but at least this will now too be covered by the certs I originally purchased
