Thanks everyone,
Looks like if forces me to do the roam option I can turn it on and off when I want yet it is more expensive I am just in the research stages now.
We have Starlink at the remote location I work at its is way faster than our old provider. Coverage of Alaska is very good. there are still a lot of places up here on the road system where is no cell coverge but it slowly is improving.
