The decal package is "supposedly warrantied" for 5 years by the printing company. Keystone (in Goshen) manages that warranty and your dealer will have to contact Keystone with the warranty claim, Keystone will contact the printing company (if the claim is approved) to send you a replacement decal. The warranty applies to materials only, not the cost to install the decal. That said, if your trailer is still "in the 1 year warranty period" then the dealer should replace the decal, materials and labor, under the warranty.
Goshen is currently closed (at least that's what has been posted) so nothing will be done until they return to work. I'd expect that since "everybody is home now" loads AND LOADS of owners are focusing on repairs/updates to their RV. As they "find things to fix" and contact their dealer/Keystone to report the issues, that "in basket at Keystone" is getting full, probably to "spilling out the front door".... Don't expect a "timely response" as is posted on the Keystone webpage ("We'll contact you within 5 business days.")… Chances are very good that it'll take 6 to 8 weeks after they return to work before they get to "routine cases".
