I was in Walmart yesterday looking at TV mounts and they have essentially the same mount. The part that is bolted to the wall is almost exactly the same and the part that screws to the TV is essentially the same. The difference is that the Walmart TV mount had an arm that pivoted side to side 180 degrees and the tv could pivot on the arm end. The mount was made for up to 32" TVS weighing under 25 lbs.
