That's an ultra-lite trailer and the above explanation is appropriate. Our 34' Holiday Rambler was a "standard weight" trailer and had 7/8" flooring. It didn't flex at all. If you think about it, the roof on your trailer is likely to also be 1/4" OSB and is considered "non-walkable". The only difference between the roof substructure and the floor is that 2" of foam.
