Same problem! Never had a problem with the last trailer with the same exact awning. After putting up with it for a few days on the first trip and wondering why the door rubbed when the awning was full extended, I got the manual out and discovered 3 different part numbers for the hardware. Factory installed the hardware for a 5th wheel on my travel trailer. What they should’ve installed was the reduced pitch model. Goes to the dealer this Friday to get changed.
