I just purchased the MorRyde kit for my Sprinter. Haven’t been able to install yet, but soon hopefully, because I can’t take the trailer out without replacing them. We went to Death Valley a few weeks ago and I ended doing a campground fabrication of a new shackle when I discovered one of my factory shackles had torn free. I have never seen that before, but after the repair, we got half way home and I noticed a second shackle starting to shear. You’d think on an 8500 lb trailer they’d have added heavier duty shackles at the factory.
