Did you receive paperwork from the slide manufacturer with your trailer packet? If so, there may be some specific info (about what you should use) in the slide manual.

That said - there are several brands on the market made specifically for slide-outs, below are some examples. We've used the Thetford brand - honestly can't say
that it's any "better" than the rest, but we've had no issues with grime/dirt build-up.
