Check the 2 reverse polarity fuses located either by themselves on the distribution panel or on the converter itself. In 2012 Keystone used black and white battery cables instead of red & black. The white is the negative and black is positive. If you as much as touch them to the battery in reverse those 2 fuses will blow preventing the battery from powering the trailer or being charged.
