I bet this is located in an HOA and this was the best way he could "hide" his boat. I can't imagine anyone doing this to a garage door on a house.

Interesting observation since we live in different areas of the country.
I assumed it was a house based off the 2’ concrete apron, flowers in a pot by the door, and the door itself. Building, to me, looks like a 10’ tall garage door on a house on the gable end, or maybe with a second floor over. The brackets on this door we see used quite often in MN when someone wants to “fancy up” their 1980’s or 1990’s house. But, MN is a little strange for what goes here.
