Even more important, check for debris in the fuel station tank before using the generator very much or pumping gas into any of your toys. Mine had all kinds of bits of plastic and crap. I put some gas in mine, then pumped it into a small container and let it sit a while to see what settled to the bottom. It took a few times doing this before the gas coming out was clear and clean.
