You most likely have neither a queen nor a full. I know deep down inside this is certainly what you wanted to hear.
It is very common in all levels of RV's to have the mattress made to fit the RV. You very likely have a queen width and a little shorter than a queen. As mentioned previously, you'll have to measure and see.
