Similar to idea with net cams.
If you have two iPhones running ios11 you can leave one in trailer with auto answer on. Leave one phone where it can see a thermometer.
When you go out face time the phone and it will show the thermometer.
Also if you add the second phone contact in favourites you can then put your do not disturb on. When you call first time nothing will happen but the second call will pick up. This will save your phOne from answering every call that it gets.
