The burner assembly is separate from the blower assembly that moves air through the coach.
When you turn in the furnace, two fans blow. One is for the burner that heats up the plenum (a series of tubes) and the other blows air across the hot plenum and into the ducts.
This is a simplified version, but wanted to assure you the “outside” stuff won’t mix with the “inside” stuff.
