There are several threads about this same issue. Typically it’s a loose hose connection somewhere, anode rod or pressure relief on the water heater leaking or debris in the water pump. Sounds like you’ve checked for leaks, I’d double check everything, make sure your low point drains are closed/capped. Turn the faucets on full and let them run for 30 seconds or so to try and remove debris from the pump.
