Are you using a water flow pressure reducer? I'll leave out my personal opinions on them but if you are at a park using city water you should be. Water pressure is "barely adequate" with these at best. There are some more expensive better ones out there than the cheapies that will give you a little more pressure. I fill my tank and use my pump, I generally get better water pressure that way.

After you bleed your lines you should get rid of the air and popping and gurgling and all.
