All rvs I know about that vinyl flooring is not glued down like in a stick buildt home. You say 100% no water leak, than I would think about air pushing up the vinyl at that area. Could the heater vent or another sorce of air be blowing in there. Was something spilled on the vinyl to cause it. Just my 2 cents.
