The Fed has increased prime to combat the inflation caused by some foreign dictator or previous politician or well, whatever.
Here are the rates at my credit union today for my zip code. I think these may be for used as there was a note: "For vehicles over 100K miles, an additional 1.00% will be added to the rate". I also think credit score is a big factor.
