I would assume SUNOCO is paying NASCAR for the rights to all those SUNOCO signs at the track. The cost of their gas is negligible and most likely supplied by SUNOCO.
The haulers pulled into Kansas City today and are getting all washed and prettied up for Sunday's race, which is likely to be a rainout.
