We were fortunate that we had space to store ours at the house & I added water & electric for it to hook up. We could get off work & be ready to go as soon as the dog jumped in the truck, she loved to go.
It also doubled as a guest house when family came to visit. The grandkids thought they were hot stuff getting to "go camping" in it alone parked next to the shop.
