Putting a sending unit and gas gauge in isn't hard to do. I have a TransFer Flow in my truck but I set my brothers truck up with a gauge, pump, filter and a blinking LED light for when the pump was on. He had close to 400K on the truck when he sold it. It's not rocket science.
If you check Craigslist or Facebook Market Place regularly you might find one there. That's where my brothers tank came from
