An inbed tank can be moved from truck to truck, I've had my 50 gal tank for 17 yrs. At the time I bought it I had a sb truck and I bought the inbed because it was hands down the least expensive per added gal option. There isn't a replacement tank that can offer as many extra gals and they typically aren't moved from one truck to another because of truck design changes
