Going from a 1/2 ton to a 3/4 ton, drivetrain, apples to apples, MIGHT cost you 1 mpg....maybe. Not a lot of cost to the upgrade other than the initial purchase price. Fuel mileage on the highway with the hemis? Negligible. A lot of towing benefits.
