Adding those gadgets adds weight to
Your toe vehicle, there for reduces the amount you can tow.
Your truck might be able to pull it, but can it STOP it?
Many 3/4 ton trucks are rated
Too low to pull some of the campers
Out there. Even 350/3500 series are close to not being enough.
Do your homework.
Keep your family safe.
Keep other traffic safe.
Buy an appropriate size tow vehicle.
