Be aware - not ALL Costco's have Top Tier. Check their website
https://www.costco.com/gasoline-diesel.html. I don't fill up at Chevrons, but they might not all be Top Tier either.
And - just because a place has Top Tier gas DOES NOT mean they have Top Tier diesel.
