Ken, I think you are spot on. The previous poster may have been trying to nitpick since technically the company will be the one "cancelling" the policy, but I, like you, have sat and watched an insurance rep cancel a policy. I only deal with agents of one company so they are a rep for that company, it may be different for an independent agent but I'm sure they are the ones that initiate the cancellation.
