What Kfxgreenie said... Gearhead just went through this "dance" when he bought his RAM. The engine is derated to "protect' the clutch in the manual transmission (the only pickup that still has a manual transmission), it's is also derated (but not as much) for the "standard automatic" and is only "fully rated" for the Aisin transmission.
