The wide track front end was an option on the F350 and standard on the F450 for my model year. I can definitely recommend this. 40 degree wheel cut. I know this sounds like nothing compared to any medium duty or heavy duty truck with the 55 degree wheel cut but the turning circle is still better by far than my 2000 Chevy 3500 and 2004.5 Chevy 3500 HD dually's and that with 4 wheel drive. The negative though is that there are more turns of the wheel to achieve it. Gives you a good workout.
