I always thought my F250 towed OK, till I bought a dually. A couple weeks ago we did a weekend trip with friends. On the way home I subconsciously noticed the crosswinds were pretty strong but didn't really pay much attention. The next day at work my friend commented on the winds and how he was getting pushed around. It was then I remembered he was right and realized what a difference the dually really makes. That said it is a huge truck. It's not my daily driver, if it were I would say I enjoyed my F250 CC short bed much more when not towing. I park farther out wit the dually, some maneuvers require one more back up, all in all its manageable. But it's primarily a tow vehicle and I have no regrets. My fiver is 38' and just under 12k. I dont have to have a dually but it sure is nice. Bigger is always better when towing.
