Do you have an auto level system? If so, I think there should be one of two things:
1. It should level the trailer completely; or
2. It should provide a means to adjust the level position so #1 works.

I think the dealer is wrong. You should check with the service manager and then with the General Manager of the dealership. If you get the same responses there, you should check with Keystone directly. Something doesn't seem right.
