Roof caulk repair

I got sick of looking at the every growing fading on the front cap of our 22RBPR and took to a local automotive paint and body shop. Our local (100 miles) CW had quoted $4000. to repaint it. Local shop $1200. I ordered a new "Premier" decal and gave them the go ahead. When they started to prep for the paint they called and told me the two white stripes were not in the gel coat, but were decals. So for $200. more, I was happy to give them the approval. Turned out very nice and when we picked it up the painter told me he noticed a small crack in the caulk, about an 1 1/2" long, where the roof meets the front cap.

What is a good product to use for a repair?
