Replace the scissors STABILIZERS and stop using them to "jack up" the trailer, you'll not only destroy the stabilizers but you may end up twisting the trailer frame. Run the low side tires up on 2 x 6 boards (stack one on top of another if more height is needed) then run the stabilizer down until it's SNUG. Don't raise the trailer with the stabilizers!
