When we bought our 2019 Springdale, I took the heater vents out to vacuum all the sawdust and stuff out of the ductwork. I put my camera in there and took some pictures and I found exactly what you have described as well. The end of the ducts looks like they had been stomped on by somebody with their work boots. And where the main plenum joins the ductwork, the plenum is not inserted properly and is squished almost flat in the middle. I also did not see a duct to the bottom for the so called "Artic Package"
Very upsetting to see this kind of workmanship, sure makes me wonder what else is hidden.
Our furnace seems to work fine regarding distribution. We have only 3 outlets.
