From your photos, it also looks like you have some wear at the hinge pins. Whether the hinge holes are wearing or the hinge pins are wearing, it looks like they are not "vertically aligned" on a couple of pictures. That may be the "sloppiness" that lets the door vibrate against the door frame enough to cause that wear.... Maybe it's just the angle that you took the photos, but the hinges look like they are worn.
