Ok. now its time to test the converter. Its probably plugged into an outlet on the back side of the breaker panel or a seperate outet. Using a plug checker make sure its providing 110VAC to the converter. Then test the leads of the converter using a DC meter, your looking for 13+ VDC.

We are taking this one step at a time to make sure we check everything.
