As to not wanting to do #2 cause you "don't like messing around with the other", I'll let you in on a secret, your kitchen grey tank very often smells worse than than the black. You have to hook up the hose regardless, dump the black first, then the kitchen followed by the bath grey, you will have no issue with "the other" stuff.
Use a "septic safe" 2ply toilet paper, plenty of water per flush, add a clear 45 degree to the RV before attaching the hose & use it.
You bought a RV for the convenience, use the conveniences as designed.
Unless it's absolutely necessary I ain't going to the bathhouse or porta potty when I have a nice clean convenient one 4-5 steps away.
