My truck has aftermarket shocks and I keep the 80 psi in the tires even when not towing (too lasy to deflate then air them up again) and I had put aftermarket bumpers between cab and frame (Ford uses crappy material for the originals) and the truck rides harsh and squeeks to the missus isn't crazy about riding in my truck but I have had quite a few Ford trucks and all felt like trucks and not like cars (like Ram and Chevy).
