Thanks Ksupaul, I just bought this new trailer 2017 closeout. It is still in storage waiting for spring to use it. I am taking it into Camping World next month where I bought it, not the same dealer, for a recall on the jacks. Hopefully they can search and let me know whats up. One gray handle or two. Perhpas one could have fallen off towing it 400 miles, but there is no hold or tear in the underbelly. It would be nice if a person who actually build this model could get on this form and offer some insight.
