The Fastway wheel chock is the longer one with the middle extension arm.

To be honest, Fastway doesn't provide much lateral stability or reduction of suspension bounce. It will lock the wheels together to prevent "rolling movement". I never used the XChock so I can't comment.
I rarely use it now as I find the plastic camco chocks are easier to deploy. BAL lock arms work better IMO. I installed a set and it helped minimize some movement.
