Some good list and info here but everyone does it a little different and you will find what works for you, just be sure you are level front to back before unhooking.

I connect all utilities before open the slides, electric, water, cable and sewer. This way I do not have to crawl on the ground. Also I use the level on the floor just inside the door as it is easier and my refrigerator is already on when I arrive so it does not have to be turn on.
