If it doesn't vent outside, there are 4 screws that hold it to the underside of the upper cabinet. When you remove it you'll see two 12VDC wires that supply power to the fan/light on the vent hood. I'd suggest installing a light fixture of your choice to the underside of the upper cabinet for two reasons. First, to cover the holes (and take advantage of the provided power source) and second, to provide some light over the stove.

Easy to remove, but I'd urge you to keep it tucked away in the garage somewhere. When you get ready to trade in or sell the trailer, the next owner may want it. Buying a replacement isn't expensive, but why buy later what you throw away today ????
