Welcome winfan, and congratulations on the 'new to you' Springdale.

We're 2nd time Keystone owners too, and have also owned other brands & 'down-sized' in the past year.

Mojave area, huh? Gosh, and I thought WE had hot/dry weather here in the southern New Mexico!!
