I have a 2020 381TH. We had a few issues, all somewhat minor. I had it back to the dealer twice with no issues being covered under warranty. this is our 4th Keystone product and have never had an issue dealing with them on repairs. My experience with warranty, it depends a lot on your dealer. If they go to bat for you, things go better with Keystone.
