Smitty we have not had any trouble getting into any campgrounds. The 327RES is definitely every bit of 36.5'. Our previous camper was 32' and we can sure tell a big difference but love the extra space. I am very familiar with Escanaba. I had an aunt and uncle that lived there for 60 yrs but both died recently. The UP is beautiful country; I wish I got up there more often than I do. Enjoy your new camper.
